Broadband Intermittently Disconnecting

Hi karl1971,

 

Just checked your stats for the weekend and seems to have been stable since Friday, has it been OK at your end?

The only reasonable connection is via the ethernet cable. The wireless ? router is useless with either no connection or constant drops and I doubt that can be checked from Talk Talks end, thats why their tests (on the ethernet wired line) always claim to show ok.

Just to avoid any confusion, my previous comment relates to the connection of the router to the internet, not the LAN connection

I have given this enough time to settle I think now BUT it is still disconnecting randomly.

 

Latest message as of !9.00 hrs this evening Feb 7th says:

 

Connection Uptime:

0 Day 13 Hour 32 Min 59 Sec

 

Please can I now take this further to get this problem sorted once and for all?

The connection drop yesterday was DLM changing your profile, there are no recorded disconnection for the precious 4 days
