Hi my braodband is disconnecting multiple times a day, it has been doing this for several days.
I have checked with several devices both wireless and cable and still the same.
Indicator light on the router shows if it trying to reconnect which it finally does after a couple of minutes.
Chat helpline unavailable !!
Service status self test shows no faults on my line.
You just have to pounce when Chat is available again, @Stevei0742.
