Broadband keeps disconnecting

Hi,

 

Our router seems to keep disconnecting to broadband intermittently over the past hour. I've tried resetting the router several times but it hasn't resolved the issue.

 

I have not made any changes to setting etc. It randomly just started disconnecting. Can I just check there hasn't been an engineer out working on the box near us?

Sorry for the delayed reply, we're doing our best in these unprecedented circumstances, We cannot see any planned engineering work been done but looking into this I have upgraded the firmware on your router which may help but you could also try splitting the bandwidth which may help this way, you can connect different devices to different frequencies depending on what you're using them for.
