Broadband not working after activation

Hi. Getting pretty annoyed now. Done the live chat multiple times got no where. I can’t call because I do not have my landline number and am not using it as have a separate land line 

 

my broadband was set up Monday and still doesn’t work. Someone in live chat was meant to be doing tests said they’d get back to me in 9 minutes. 3 days later. 

 

Please help as im not happy it doesn’t work I’m having to buy more 4G!
