Broadband not working

Hi. My fibre broadband does not seem to work. The wifi says, connected but no internet. Can you resolve it please as i work from home!

I'm really sorry to hear this.

 

I've completed a line test which hasn't detected any faults. Your line is showing in sync and connected, are you still experiencing this fault?
