Broadband not working

My broadband is not working I treis to contact help desk and got cut off after chatting to someone I'm a nhs buyer working from home it's imperative I have the service I pay for

Please complete your community forum profile details.  Go via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard; save any changes. 

 

It can take staff a few days to reach new threads if you yourself are not in the vulnerable category.  I know, it's very difficult because many people have key jobs that are very important for tackling the virus. 

 

It is best to wait for a reply before posting further,  to keep your thread moving forward in the workflow.

They emailed to say no fault on my line but I have phone or internet
