I ordered a speed boost on my broadband, should get about 50mb but still stuck on original 38mb connection.

I have turned off router for an hour, twice and still no luck.

Any ideas?

Hi @Foxyranger ,

If you log into 'My Account' does it show the the speed boost has been applied to your account ?

For one of the TalkTalk staff on this forum to be able to look into this you will need to update your community profile to include your name, landline telephone number that your TalkTalk service is provided on & an alternative contact number. This will allow them to identify you, and they will then be able to help.

Don't post any personal details in this thread, just add them to your community profile.

Then they will hopefully be able to respond to this post tomorrow.

On my account it shows the speed boost.

I'm still only getting my original speed.

I have updated my profile with the relevant information

Hi

The estimated range for your line is 32-48mb, so the line may not achieve the higher speeds.  The line is in sync at 37mb.  If the line will not achieve any more, I would advise you call in and have the speed boost removed as this would be of no benefit for you.

Thanks

Karl.
