My daytime speed is usually around 24Mb/s (It should be double that, but never mind, it does not cause a problem). However after 8.00pm the download speed frequently falls to around 0.4Mb/s** - which is virtually useless for all internet activity - and stays there for two or three hours before reverting to normal. This is obviously nothing whatsoever to with sockets, connections, modems, etc within the house as absolutely nothing changes during the low speed period, but the service centre nonsensically tells me that the service is normal.
What can I do to get TalkTalk to solve this problem?
