I've noticed in the last few weeks that broadband has got really sluggish. I've done various speed tests (using your checker) over the last couple of weeks and the results are very consistent - between 8 and 9 Mbps for both downstream and upstream. I'm paying for faster fibre so it should be much better than this (and used to be). Would you mind running a check on the line or otherwise assisting me?

I'm sorry to hear this and I'll take a look now. I've run a test on the line which hasn't detected a fault and the sync speed looks ok.
Just to confirm, are you running the speed tests wired or wireless? Could you try switching the router off for a full 30 minutes and then run another speed test to see if there is any improvement in throughput speed.

Thanks for getting back to me. I'm running wired over a TP Link. I've just tried wifi on my phone and got 33 so the fault must be my end. Good to know the line is ok. Thanks for your help.
