If we arrange an Openreach engineer visit they would only check the sync speed. They wouldn't investigate slow speed to the devices.
What's the highest speed you've received over a wireless speed test?
In your previous post you say it's unstable, do you mean the connection is dropping?
Sorry but I missed your last post for some reason.
Download speed over WiFi 5G 54.7. 2.4G 25.6
This is ok with me but when I run a live Service Status test I get the message "We suspect an issue with your broadband and need to run a line test between our network and your home". I have been getting this message for weeks.
Is there really a broadband issue or is this just a hang up which needs clearing?

You may be receiving this message because the line is in sync at 59.1mb but your throughput speeds are only around 48mb.
If the performance of the connection is ok then please can you continue to monitor this and let us know if the speed drops any further.
