We are having a few issues with our fibre broadband; the download speed can fluctuate anywhere between 5 and 50mbps whilst the upload speed remains fairly constant at around 18mbps.
The master socket had just been moved by OpenReach, the router is plugged directly into the master socket and there is nothing else connected.
I use a speed test app from my phone which has always been reliable, I test the speed at around the same times of day and make sure nobody else is connected to the WiFi during the test.
Anybody got any brilliant ideas?

I'm really sorry to hear this.
I've completed a line test which hasn't detected any faults and your line is in sync at 65.7mb.
What speed do you receive if you run a wired speed test?
