I received my talktalk router for your broadband on the 29th of November, when I brought it out of the box to set it up I noticed the stand at the back of the WiFi
hub was broken and the stand falls off the hub. Would it be possible to get
a replacement stand for the back of the hub? I have tried contacting your customer support but to no avail. I haven't gotten a reply from them to resolve this and it's been a week since I emailed about this.
I will send the router to the address linked to the telephone number in your Community Profile, will this be ok? (Please do not post the number on this thread as I can see this in your Community Profile)
