Hi I recieved my new router today and the stand is broken it wont stand up properly, it is detached from the router. I called technical support and they were very unhelpful they asked me if I wanted to buy a new stand even though I told them it came broken - my broadband hasn't even gone live yet! Please can you help me? Thanks
