1) The post "Wifi-Hub Firewall not clear" is not spam, it's a bug report... that has exposes another bug that I'm reporting here 😊
2) I've received the email (quoted above) saying
You have received a private message in the TalkTalk Help & Support community
but I've got 0 messages online"0 of 0 messages unread"
3) In the email you can read
"One of our amazing members has sent you a private message in the TalkTalk Help & Support. To read your message in full click the subject title below."
Actually there isn't anything to click. I've checked the source code of the email and the only links are the "manage your private message option" and the unsubscribe link.
