Hello, I just ran a TalkTalk Service Center check. All is well except that it found my router needs a firmware update. Could someone arrange that for me please.

Many thanks - that explains why my connection dropped out for a moment back there😮 . Just checked the service centre and that still shows an update required - is there a time lag before it will show new status?
Apologies, it can take Service Centre a couple of days to update to reflect this.
