Can we get fibre?

I am looking at getting a fibre connection for my parents who have a Talk Talk account. They have an offer available to them on their account details but I'm unsure if they can actually connect as the Talk Talk checker suggested they could only get an 6MB service. How do I conclusively confirm that a fibre connection is available at their property?

If they check with their details via My Account online, this will confirm if fibre is available.

Hi Karl, we've had a look under My Account but there's nothing specific about whether they have access to a fibre connection - they are currently on an ADSL circuit.

 

Is there a specific part of the My Account menus that will show the fibre access?
