I managed to get hold of a person on the line when i dialed 03451720046. However, upon getting all my details and telling him my concern regarding cancelling the service, he said he will send to my email address the steps I should follow. Upon checking my mail, all I got was the info about "Contact Us" and "Visit Help Now". The email didn't answer my concern at all.
May I know the STEPS I should do to cancel the service? I'll be leaving the apartment soon and I'm worried that the service might still run even if I don't use it anymore.
