I would like to cancel a recent order I placed online for Fibre Broadband . I have tried all morning to contact Talktalk on their 0345 number without success....
Does anyone know if there is an alternative way to cancel? As far as I can see the order has not been processed yet.
When I checked the live chat option yesterday it was marked as not available. But today the chat is nowhere to be found !!! Also I see you will be prioritising the phone lines for customers who have already registered .... Does that mean only customers who already have an active connection ? I tried phoning again this morning without success.
