Hi, can anyone advise me on how many days after installation can you opt out of the contract free of charge? Thanks 🙂

You have 30 days from when the connection goes live to cancel, under TT’s 30 day guarantee.

Unfortunately I’ve just had to use it after 4 days of service being live, but fortunately they’ve honoured it and confirmed a £0 cancellation fee.

as per the terms and conditions

 

  • You can cancel your Faster Fibre contract within 30 days of your line being connected provided that you cancel by calling 0345 172 0088.You will be charged for the period prior to your cancellation, including any set up or delivery charges. This does not affect your cooling off period. Offer does not apply to existing customers.
