Cannot Cancel Due to Covid19

I have vacated the premisis where the service was set up, but due to Covid19 I have not been able to cancel the contract (It ends in 2 weeks)

Are there steps I can take to prevent the automatic renewal online?

I have been calling the 0345 172 0046, but it is an automated response that directs me here

If you ignore the vulnerable message and wait to be prompted for the reason for your call. Just say cancel TalkTalk and you'll be put through to the loyalty team.
