Cannot connect to Facebook, PS4 Nintendo Switch via wifi or wired.

I've just switched to TalkTalk and installed the supplied router.  Although I can connect to the internet, Facebook is not working and I cannot connect my PS4 or Switch to the Wi-Fi.  Everything else seems to work ok, for example I can still stream Netflix and Itunes via my Apple TV and view other websites.  Is this a problem with my router settings?
