Have been on to the Chat Line 3 times today. Problems with TV buffering and losing connection and needing reconnecting. Have just moved from Virgin where their 151 number was so simple and quick to get help.
I'm sorry to hear this. I've run a test on the line now which hasn't detected a fault and the sync speed looks good. Are you connected wireless when you experience the buffering?
