I reported my Internet continually disconnnecting on the 28th February. After two Talktalk engineer visits and four Openreach visits and various attempts the problem was finally fixed on the 26th March by supplying a new Router.

As this took a month to resolve I understand I am entitled to compensation under the Ofcom scheme because the problem was not fixed within two working days. Can you please check this for me as obviously I cannot contact anyone at TalkTalk at present.
