Connection patchy

Hi, have noticed my fibre has been disconnecting recently. Noticed via my online check, talk talk recognise this. Can you check on my line if there are any issues at present with my line. My router is wired connected to the mains. 👌

Line tests show no issues.  Can you check the home phone and make sure it has a clear dial tone, no noise or crackles.

 

Do you have a Test Socket , If so please test at this directly.

 

If still dropping, do you have access to another router for testing.
