Please help my fibre broadband service is constantly dropping out when I can even get connected, tried to reset the router several times, tested in master socket.theres no noise on the line.

I've completed a line test which has detected a possible fault.
Have you tested with a different router at the test socket?

I don't have another router to test with
I can send a replacement router for testing, would you like me to arrange this?
Ok, i've borrowed another router and still having the same issue

Was this router also connected at the test socket?
I've escalated this fault over to our Network Team for investigation and I will post back on this thread as soon as I receive further information.
This fault has been passed to BT Openreach and is under investigation with a line engineer. We should receive further updates within the next 48hrs.
