As in a previous post I am having continuous dropouts.
Origional visit by a Talk Talk engineer found no faults in my home. So waited for a BT/Open Reach engineer who found a line fault which was supposedy fixed. In the juction box outside my premises.
Two days later and I'm getting continuous dropouts AGAIN!
Today, another Talk Talk engineer came out and found NO fault with my home setup! Yet the phone line had suddenly developed a fault - no dial tone, yet internet is intermittent.
He showed me the junction box outside of my flat and for what I could see, it was disgusting! Corroded terminals (I'm an electronics engineer by the way). And the state of the wiring is laughable!
So, my question is: IF, the wiring is outdated and corroded, who is responsible?
I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing problems with your service. I can see that you now have an Openreach engineer visit booked, please let us know how you get on
