Contract renewal

I recently renewed my contract and have a confirmation email and account is updated but I am receiving emails from talktalk saying it is not renewed could you please advise? Also I chose faster fibre with speed boost and my download speed is 36mbs not 78mbs when will this change. My previous contract was due to expire on 17 April. Thanks

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your  account.

To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.
