On 29th October I received one of those 'one click' contract renewal offers, offering a slight reduction in monthly payments and a free Wifi Hub. After taking up the offer I never received any email acknowledgement at all but from looking at My Account it seems my contract has been updated but I still haven't received the free Wifi Hub. Not sure what sort of delivery to expect but feel it should probably be with me by now.
Could one of the OCEs please look into this?
