What should I do if I lost the sticker at the back of my Dsl 3782 router? I forgot my wifi password.

Please help.

Factory reset, login with default password and take it from there.

Thank you for that. How about the wifi hub black. May I know how to change the network username and password that says 01warehouse?

Manage advanced settings > System management > Account management

You can't change the username  "admin"

Please can you factory reset the router using the pin hole reset for ten seconds and then follow the steps in this help page

Change your Wi-Fi name and password
