OK, I've pushed out the firmware update, should complete in a few minutes. Can you monitor your connection and let us know if there's any improvement
We've been monitoring the router, and the same problem still exists - connectivity gets worse over 3-4 days for multiple devices.
We're having a multi-room TV upgrade installed next week, and we've been told the engineer will be changing the router as part of that. Hopefully that should solve our problem.
