DNS Issues

I am getting daily issues with the talktalk DNS servers and connectivity.  Every day around 17:00 BST i suddenly cannot access web sites.  It doesn't matter if I use Wifi or ethernet cable.  I can ping the ip address of websites but as soon as you try accessing one I get an error.  I've restarted the router to no effect.  I have pointed other devices to Googles DNS and they seem to work.  I can't do the same for my work computer without the admin access and I shouldn't have to.

I'm sorry to hear this. Does this always happen at exactly 5pm? How long does this last for? Are you using HomeSafe?

Yes I use homesafe.  Is this the issue?  I had the same problem again this morning.

Is it still happening very day a 5pm? Does it start working again later?

 

Is that the first time that it's happened in the morning?
