I'm having the exact same issue as many other members have reported (which I had tried to report in a different thread)
WiFi hub arrived on 04.07, we've opened and installed it on the 05.07 but the stand just does not fit. It's really poorly designed to be honest.
How do we go about a stand replacement please?
Can you please add your home phone number to your Community Profile so I can locate your details.
If unsure of your number, simply dial 17070 from your land line phone and this will confirm the number for you.

I've arranged to send a replacement router, it should be with you within a couple of days but please allow up to 5 working days for delivery
You should only really need to just connect the new router, it will however have a different wifi password so you'll need to connect your wireless devices with the new password.
Yes there should be a returns bag for the old router 🙂
