Devices dropping connections to Fibre router

Hi i upgraded to fibre with the new wifi hub last year and have recently been having problems with various devices losing connections frequently. I've switche our two mobile phones to 5ghz wifi which so far seems better but the wired connection to the youview tv box is losing connection every day. I use power line connectors which have been fine up to now and I don't think it's the youview box as the connection is still dropped if I use the laptop through the same Ethernet cable. I've tried reserving the ip addresses but doesn't seem to help.

I'm really sorry to hear this.

 

I've completed a line test which hasn't detected any faults and I can only see a couple of re connections on the line.

 

Please can you try factory resetting the router using the pin hole reset and monitoring the connection following this?
