Dire broadband speeds

Hi TalkTalk

 

I am on medium fibre package and have come to get used to almost 40mbs - lately I have been regularly sitting at sub 1mbs - not must use when your job is in the telecoms industry and working from home. A fairly key job considering the current situation.

 

I have separated my network over 2 channels and have limited only my work laptop to run on the 5Ghz network but still the speeds are absolutely terrible. Earlier today I was getting almost 40mbs and now as I type I am running 0.7 meg 

 

To be honest we have had nothing but trouble for the past 2 months with continuous connection dropout, failure to connect and now the absolute rubbish dial up speeds.

 

Can someone sort this mess out once and for all, please?
