Dodgy WiFi

Hi OCE'S, Wi-Fi has been playing up recently. The 2.4GHz channel has slowed right down to 1 or 2 mb/s, whilst the 5GHz channel is up nearer 56 mb/s. Now after a few re-sets, all wi-fi has dropped out. I don't have a laptop to plug in. Any chance of a new router as I haven't had one for either of the last 2 contract renewals? If you need any further information please let me know.

Apologies for the delay.

 

I've completed a line test which hasn't detected any faults so I have ordered a replacement router and a returns bag.

 

Please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive. Let us know how the connection compares with this router.
