Mine was down for 8 days, make sure you’ve reported it. A nightmare for me just to get it reported but after going on Openreach chat on their Openreach website Tuesday it was fixed promptly on Wednesday. It was hard to get any sense out of TalkTalk. Hope you get yours sorted.
