Can anyone help with above problem. Is there a setting on my hub that I can change. Can't understand why hub interface states download speed is 40 Mbps but speed test to wired laptop only shows download speed of around 15mbps. Line has been checked by talk talk engineer and openreach Appears everything is ok , but can't get above 15mbps.. surely should be getting nearer speeds hub is getting.

Thank you. The line test is clear and the sync speed also looks ok. Just to confirm, have you also tried switching the router off for a full 30 minutes as this will reset the current session?
