Dropped by sky

First Timer

Help. Just joined talk talk tonight. Was told they would contact sky about the changeover and there would be no drop in services. Had email from sky to say all broadband and phone services will be cut tonight leaving me with nothing.

Not due to be active with talk talk until 29th of April. 

What can I do...

Thanks for your post, sorry that you are having problems.


If we are taking over the line and number, there should not be any drop in service 


If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your  account.

To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.
