I had an engineer appointment with openreach, he turned up but after a few hours said he would need to send someone back the following day.
I waited in for the engineer the following day, but no-one turned up.. I have no idea when the engineer will be returning to install the broadband and I don't have a landline number yet so I can't access talk talk's telephone support line.
