Hi, I’ve just joined for the faster fibre broadband and I was expecting my engineer visit today between 1pm and 6pm. I had a text in the morning confirming the engineers name and number and have waited for them to arrive. The WiFi went live this morning but I still have no home phone. I’m not sure what they were coming to do as I’m new to all this. But they have not shown up and I’ve text the number but no answer. Phoning triggers my anxiety. Please can I have some advice
