Making watching TalkTalk TV impossible!!
Did some ping tests via directly connected new cable but connection was intermittent.
Many packets were dropped. Many had response times of more than 3000ms!
Wireless was still functioning (but hasn't always been the case)
Please send a replacement router ASAP - this service level really is not appropriate.
I would like some compensation for this disruption.
Have long periods where TalkTalk TV is unavailable and blackouts when Security Cameras are unable to function!
@fr8ys - no responses since Friday - could you advise on best way forward?
Staff don't work here weekends. They deal with posts in a queue order.
actually posting more times on the same thread can actually cause a delay in replying.
I have used escalation to highlight a reply is awaited.
I'm really sorry for the delay.
I've ordered a different router for testing, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.
Let us know how the connection compares with this router.
