A few weeks back I signed up to talktalk Faster Fibre and received a text telling me my new landline number and that the service would go live on 06.05.20. I was also promised a Welcome Pack.
To date I have received no Welcome Pack or router and my phone doesn't work. When I logged in to my account to track progress it said there was a problem with delivering my router and I needed to call them. I tried to call them but got an automated message telling me the number was suspended owing to Covid 19!
My issue is, if they can't maintain a good service during this time why are they still accepting new accounts?? I'm now left with no Broadband or landline and am feeling like I made a big mistake signing up! However my billing details are spot on 🙂
