I have received a text message today confirming an order that I have not placed for Faster Fibre that will go live in a couple of weeks. I don't have any services with Talk Talk and have not made any orders. I tried to call Talk Talk but can't get through to speak with anyone as I don't have an account number. Please advise how to resolve.

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look if there are any pending orders for that number
To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.
