Faster Fibre unlimited intermittent dropping off and now slow speed

Many thanks - the router arrived and is in place, seems to be working fine.

 

Should we give it a week or so to see how it goes, or what do you suggest?

Hello Debbie,

 

My Wife has just let me know that the internet is again dropping off and then on again.

 

Not sure what to think - it is raining and rained quite heavily - could this have impacted a connection somewhere?

I'm sorry for the delay and I'll take a look now. I've run a test on the line which has detected a potential fault. Could you confirm if the voice service is also affected (no dial tone/noise on the line) and I'll pass this straight over for further investigation.
