Faster fibre , added speed boost

Hi I have just started a new contract with talk talk , went live on the 20/06/19 with the faster fibre with minimum of 36mbps .

 

i have since purchased a speed boost which should now take me up to minimum of 62mbps , however it has not changed  can anyone help me as to how long it takes to be added and take affect please

Did you get the full 40/10 before you added the boost ?

 

Is the boost showing as active in your online account ?

 

If it is, turn your router OFF for more than 30 minutes and then test again.

I'm showing the router in sync today at 79mb.
