Fault with exchange

Hi guys new customer and was suppose to go live today but when the engineer came he said there was a fault with the exchange. Ive been waiting 2 weeks and now gotta wait another couple more days till they look into it. Its a new build. Are openreach quite reliable or

Openreach can be very good at sorting faults and regrettably the opposite.
