I've been having problems for weeks with my internet service using "SAGEMCOM FAST 5364", tonight it went off again so I tried the old router "HG633" that I had and now the internet works perfectly fine.
I tried explaining this to the idiots over live chat and they still wanted to test the "newer" router even though I've found the problem. So frustrating.
Kindly send me out a new router please.

Hi Chris welcome to the community your post has been flagged for assistance and you should hear during the day.
In the meantime please check your community profile and add your landline phone number if necessary.
You may still need to reconnect your 'defective' router so the team can check it over, update firmware etc. Before taking more action.
