Please can someone help? My Fibre Broadband is dropping out between 2-4am every other night? The broadband won't start to work again untill I have restarted the WIFI hub?
I have plugged into the test socket and still getting the same thing.
No noise on the line.
syncing at 80/20

I'm sorry to hear this and I'll take a look now. I've run a test on the line which hasn't detected a fault and the connection looks stable for almost 3 days. When did this last occur?
Does it only drop between 2-4am? Is it stable for the rest of the day? Do you have any devices set on a timer to come on/off during this time period?
Thanks for confirming this. Do you have an alternative router that you can test with? If not then please let us know and we can arrange to send a replacement router for testing purposes.
