Fibre Broadband slower than expected

Hi

 

I had TalkTalk Faster fibre installed yesterday and although under my current contract i should be seeing average speeds of 47mbs the latest speed test i did shows that my download speed is around 1.0mbs consistently and upload is around 0.3mbs. I was wondering if this is normal or if there was something wrong with my installation? I am also unable to do a service check as the same message pops up over and over again saying the that the test was interrupted. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Kayn welcome to the community. Have you tried rebooting your router? Please check your community profile and add your landline phone number if necessary it is used to identify your account please don't post personal details here.
