Fibre Connection Slowed Down

BT Openreach have advised that this fault should be resolved following work completed by the engineer.


Unfortunately the line tests are still detecting a possible issue so our Network Team have escalated this back over to BT Openreach for further investigation. Apologies for this.

Ok thanks another thing I'm also noticing is that when some one calls the house phone the broadband resets its self dunno if that's part of the issue I've changed filters but that doesn't solve it
